OKLAHOMA
It was 9:01 AM on April 19, 1995 that America and the World stood still after learning about the devastating bombing at the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, OK that killed 168 people. The Memorial was authorised on October 9, 1997 by President William J. Clinton and was formally dedicated on April 19, 2000 five years after the bombing.
